Do We Need Multivitamins?

Here is a little secret: if you eat well, you don't need a

multivitamin. For example, if you eat a large verity of fruits and vegetables everyday like the ones listed below, you will be getting the same vitamins and minerals found in multivitamins.

The problem of course is that it is quite hard to eat that way, and even if you do, there are probably days when your diet is lacking some nutrients.
