Sigung Maury was born and raised in New York and started his Kung Fu training in 1976. In 1990 he started his Tai Chi training and in 1992 he began his herbal education. His goal is to help as many people get well and keep well with the help of teas, herbs, Tai Chi and Kung Fu.

Student teacher relationship
Understanding how to be a student and your relationship with your teachers is very different in the outside world than that in your martial arts school (Kung Fu/Tai Chi school).
