A fun recipe shared by Dr. Kuhn, a TCM practitioner whom we knew for years in Massachusetts.
Quick Sauteed Greens (serves 4 – 6)
Ingredients:
4 cups greens (kale, collards, etc.)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 pieces garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon sesame oil
Hot pepper (optional)
Wash greens well, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces, or in one inch lengths.
Place oil in pan and heat on medium high. Add minced garlic and sauté; then add other greens and sauté until half cooked, about 4 minutes.
Thank you. I will try this.
