Piggybacking on Sifu Sara's teaching last night about tracking health habits, a nurse pointed me to a free app called MyFitnessPal. It is a super user friendly app (it would have to be for me!) and can track calories, fat grams, etc. as well as exercise, water consumption and weight. There is a sleep management option, but it is a premium feature. For that healthy habit, I use the FitBit app from my fitness tracker. The very cool thing about both of these tools is that they present long term data in a graph, which encourages me - or motivates me.
