Meets every Wednesday at 4:30pm at the Chesapeake school. Members may add on for only $50 monthly and Non-members are welcome to enroll anytime for $100 monthly.

About
This unique class is a new addition to our regular class schedule! This class will focus on teaching small form choreographs with corresponding health benefits to the Five Element health systems. All movements will be done from a chair. This class has been thoughtfully designed as a progressive curriculum program.
Free Healing & Drum Class
Class meets on the first Thursday of every month.
Free pre-registration is required.
Health tip handouts and complimentary herbal tea will be provided.
