Sit, relax, enjoy a hot cup of tea and get an interesting health tip of the week. Thinking healthier is the first step towards becoming healthier.

Every Friday at 5:30PM

Join us and enjoy a relaxing moment with a complimentary cup of tea in a comfortable and friendly environment.

 

This is a six week free of charge health and wellness course for all to enjoy. We will share simple health tips and discuss the benefits of drinking herbal teas along with the health perks that some herbs are known for. We will also introduce one simple health exercise that everyone can do that compliments the health topic of the week being covered. Every week is a different tea and health tip, so no need to worry if you miss one.

Please bring:

  • 3 ring binder for our 8 1/2 by 11 handouts

  • Pen for note taking

All members (Tai Chi, Kung Fu & Qigong) as well as non school members are welcome to attend but please register every week to ensure we have enough handouts.
