Join us and enjoy a relaxing moment with a complimentary cup of tea in a comfortable and friendly environment.
This is a free of charge health and wellness course for all to enjoy (members & the public) once per month on Tuesday at 4:30PM. We will share simple health tips and discuss the benefits of drinking herbal teas along with the health perks that some herbs are known for. We will also introduce one simple health exercise that everyone can do that compliments the health topic being covered.

All members (Tai Chi, Kung Fu & Qigong) as well as non school members are welcome to attend but please register for the class to ensure we have enough handouts.
