Greetings Everyone--

As we are neck deep in Cold/Flu/Corona Season, I just wanted to share one of my favorite hacks for sore/strep throat tonics. Warning it is not for the faint of heart, but it works!! I discovered this a few years ago and I have never looked back.

8 oz or way over brewed organic black tea (this is not for drinking).

1 oz of ACV (Braggs apple cider vinegar)

1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (I like to put a bit more, but the fam doesn't 😉 )

Mix it together in a mason jar or some other glass container. Let it cool down and then use it as a gargle. I find that 3 good breaths/gargles 3 times a day knocks out any sore throat in no time. I store it in the fridge for a few weeks, but if that makes anyone uncomfortable, just make new as needed.
